How far are you located from Jensen Point?
The Red Cedar Inn Museum and Visitor Center is located one block East of the Jensen Point Overlook. Constructed in 1933 by the Civilian Conservation Corps, the stone structure offers a beautiful view of the City of Pacific. Fun fact, it is exactly ninety-nine steps to the top!

How old is the building? Is the current building the original structure?
The Red Cedar Inn was built in 1934 and operated as a restaurant for over seventy years before closing. The current building still features the original exterior walls, flooring, interior supports, and bar area.
Is there an admissions fee?
There is no admissions fee! The museum is open to all ages at no cost; the museum features exhibits on Route 66, the City of Pacific, the Red Cedar Inn, and an interactive Children’s museum.
Is the building located on the original Route 66?
